About 2018 Ford Edge

Ford Edge helped define the crossover utility segment and continues to raise expectations higher for 2018.

The SEL Sport Appearance Package brings stylish new choice to popular Ford Edge lineup for 2018. It features dark-accented exterior, plus unique 19-inch premium Magnetic-painted wheels, grille, mirror caps and rear spoiler. Interior enhancements include Mayan Gray fabric seats with Umber-colored Miko suede cloth perforated inserts, Copper Dune textured appliqu� that carries color theme to the dash and custom embroidered Umber "Edge" floor mats.

The 2018 Ford Edge SEL, Titanium and Sport Series get optional Safe and Smart Package. Standard rearview camera carries over.

Adding to its stylish design and technology-laden reputation, the latest iteration of the midsize crossover utility vehicle offerings include 20-inch premium polished aluminum wheels for the Titanium edition.

The dynamically designed Ford Edge offers SYNC 3 and adaptive steering. A host of driver-assist technologies includes enhanced active park assist with perpendicular parking, adaptive cruise control and collision warning with brake support, and a 180-degree front camera with lens washer.

An available Cold Weather Package for Ford Edge brings heated front seats and front and rear all-weather floor mats. Heated side mirrors and a heated steering wheel are standard equipment on select models.

The Edge comes standard with a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, tuned to deliver a balanced mix of fuel economy and performance. A normally aspirated, 3.5-liter V-6 engine is also available.

Ford's most advanced EcoBoost yet is a 2.7-liter V-6. It is powered by Ford's dynamic twin-turbo engine, which kicks out 315 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque.

Intelligent AWD uses sensors to constantly monitor traction and balance torque between the front and rear wheels to enhance handling and maximize traction.
